8:00 AM - Jordan Hall auditorium – Introduction to NYS Vegetable Production and Cornell Cooperative Extension

8:45 AM - Tour of Seneca Foods Corporation (sauerkraut production, canned vegetable distribution), 100 Gambee Rd., Geneva, NY 14456. 

Note: Must have closed-toe shoes and do not wear any jewelry.

10:00 AM - Visit HemDale Farms Cabbage Field 42.881490, -77.033075 (park on Prospect Hill Rd.).

10:30 AM - Visit Vegetable Research Trial plots – Cornell Agritech

12:00 PM - Back to Jordan Hall

Lunch will be on your own when you return to Cornell AgriTech
